10 Common Toxins You Must Remove From Your Life

how to lead a healthier life

We all get sick from time to time, it’s unavoidable, but it is possible to limit our exposure to toxins. The key then, is cutting out the following toxins from your life, consequently you’ll lead a healthier and longer life! Here they are, the major culprits, in no particular order:

fluoride bad for health
  1. Fluoride

One particular growing concern among people is fluoride. This toxic chemical is found tap water, toothpaste and even food and drinks. Some countries have higher quantities than others though. Fluoride has a profoundly negative effect on our health. Here is a list on the effects on our bodies fluoride has:  (sourced from the Fluoride Action Network)

Arthritis, Gastrointestinal Effects, Bone Fracture, Hypersensitivity, Brain Effects, Kidney Disease, Cancer, Male Fertility, Cardiovascular Disease, Pineal Gland Calcification , Diabetes, Skeletal Fluorosis, Endocrine Disruption, Thyroid Disease, Acute Toxicity

Solution: Watch the documentary titled ‘The Great Culling’ to understand the full scope of then fluoride problem. It can be difficult to avoid fluoride in some places, but you can install special filtration systems for your tap water or source from somewhere that clearly doesn’t contain any. The easiest thing to cut a portion of fluoride out is to swap your toothpaste for charcoal or other non-fluoride based toothpaste instead of fluoride based toothpaste (I did a long time ago, and my teeth never felt better)!

pesticides bad for health

2) Pesticides

Sprayed on much of the food we buy from the supermarkets. Unavoidable, unless marked otherwise. They’ve been linked to everything from cancer to birth defects.

Solution: Grow as much as your own food as possible. If you lack space, use containers and or hydroponic systems.

BHA & BHT bad for health

3) BHA (Butylated Hydroxyanisole) & BHT (Butylated Hydroxytoluene)

These common processed food preservatives have been declared carcinogens by the International Agency for Research on Cancer. They’re also accused of disrupting hormones and impacting male fertility.

Solution: Check ingredient lists to avoid, may be labelled under an ‘E number’ instead.

aluminium bad for health

4) Sodium Aluminum Sulphate and Potassium Aluminum Sulphate

Used in processed cheese products, baked goods, and microwave popcorn, among other packaged goods, these ingredients are linked to adverse reproductive, neurological, behavioural, and developmental effects.
Solution: Read ingredient lists to avoid this toxin.

BPA bad for health

5) Bisphenol-A (BPA)

Found in food and beverage can linings, this hormone-mimicker is suspected of promoting breast and prostate cancer, reproductive and behavioural problems, obesity, and diabetes.
Solution: Avoid canned foods. Choose fresh, dried, or frozen instead.

aspartame bad for health

6) Aspartame

An artificial sweetener found in many soft drinks. The sweetener, which is sold under the brand names Equal and NutraSweet, has been linked to at least 90 symptoms, including headaches, dizziness, fatigue, weight gain, depression, and memory loss.

Solution: Avoid soft drinks that contain this, or cut out soft drinks entirely

vaccines bad for health

7) Vaccines

Vaccines contain an array of chemicals which are toxic to us, even in very small doses. The newer types may even be GMO as well. The ingredients of concern are:

◾️Formaldehyde/Formalin – Highly toxic systematic poison and carcinogen.

◾️Betapropiolactone – Toxic chemical and carcinogen. May cause death/permanant injury after very short exposure to small quantities. Corrosive chemical.

◾️Hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide – May cause damage to the liver, cardiovascular system, and central nervous system. May cause reproductive effects and birth defects.

◾️Aluminum hydroxide, aluminum phosphate, and aluminum salts – Neurotoxin. Carries risk for long term brain inflammation/swelling, neurological disorders, autoimmune disease, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and autism. It penetrates the brain where it persists indefinitely.

◾️Thimerosal (mercury) – Neurotoxin. Induces cellular damage, reduces oxidation-reduction activity, cellular degeneration, and cell death. Linked to neurological disorders, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and autism.

◾️Polysorbate 80 & 20 – Trespasses the Blood-Brain Barrier and carries with it aluminum, thimerosal, and viruses; allowing it to enter the brain.

◾️Glutaraldehyde – Toxic chemical used as a disinfectant for heat sensitive medical equipment.

◾️Fetal Bovine Serum – Harvested from bovine (cow) fetuses taken from pregnant cows before slaughter.

◾️Human Diploid Fibroblast Cells – aborted fetal cells. Foreign DNA has the ability to interact with our own.

◾️African Green Monkey Kidney Cells – Can carry the SV-40 cancer-causing virus that has already tainted about 30 million Americans.

◾️Acetone – Can cause kidney, liver, and nerve damage.

◾️E.Coli – Bacteria

◾️DNA from porcine (pig) Circovirus type-1

◾️Human embryonic lung cell cultures (from aborted fetuses)

You can view all of these ingredients on the CDCs website, as well as the vaccine manufacture’s websites as well.

Solution: Prevention/avoidance is always better than the cure, in some cases there is no cure. Homeopathic Silica or Thuja is said to help repair vaccine damage.

radiation bad for health

8) Radiation

Radiation comes in many forms, but the most common type we encounter is microwave radiation. The international agency for the research on cancer classification designate these radio frequencies as class 2B carcinogen. That means that all these wireless signals from your phones, laptops, computers, routers, baby monitors etc, pose a cancer risk. Children are more susceptible. This is a problem. It’s hard these days to a avoid these signals, they are practically everywhere.

Solution: Hardwire your home, turn off all signals which utilise wireless technology. Use products to protect you from microwave radiation. Move away from high risk areas.

EMF bad for health

9) Electrical Magnetic Frequencies (EMF)

We encounter EMF through the use of electrical equipment. Some give off higher levels than others. For example, a computer will tend to emit a high level of EMF, which is why you should not sit too close to it. High levels of EMF impact our cognitive functioning and can lead to more serious health problems if prolonged.

Solution: Use an EMF Meter to test your devices and your living spaces. Remove devices which are too high, or keep a safe distance.

food dyes and colouring bad for health

10) Artificial Food Colouring/Dyes

These ubiquitous chemicals have been linked to neurological disorders like ADHD.

Solution: Read ingredient lists to avoid.
